At Shrinkray Studio, we understand how important it is to receive your items on time, especially when they are personalized just for you. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and what you can expect after placing an order.
1. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
The time it takes to receive your order depends on the type of product you purchase. Please review the distinctions below carefully:
A. Standard (Non-Customized) Products For ready-to-ship items that do not require personalization, our standard delivery timeline is as follows:

Total Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 21 business days from the date the order is placed.

We aim to dispatch these items as quickly as possible to ensure they reach you within this window.
B. Customized & Personalized Products Because these items are made-to-order and crafted specifically to your requirements, they require additional production time.

Timeline: The delivery timeline for customized products will vary based on the complexity of the design and current order volume.

Communication: You will receive a specific estimated delivery date via email/SMS shortly after your order is confirmed.

Please note that the standard 7-21 day window does not apply to these items unless explicitly stated in your confirmation email.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the weight of the package and the destination address.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information usually becomes active within 24-48 hours of dispatch.
4. Change of Shipping Address
For customized orders, we begin production almost immediately.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We cannot guarantee address changes once the item has entered the shipping process.
5. Delays
While we strive to meet the 7-21 day window for standard items, external factors (such as weather, courier delays, or customs inspections for international orders) can occasionally cause delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will assist you in tracking your package.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or if your package is lost in transit:

Damaged: Please send us photos of the damaged item and packaging along with unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery to shrinkraystudioindia@gmail.com

Lost: If the tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office/security guard first, then contact us immediately.
